Paper & Pencil Exam-June 7th

If we can get 10 candidates,
we will be holding a paper and pencil exam on June 7 in the AM in LaCrosse,WI

The registration form is attached to this email.  (Registration Form)
The chapter has changed their billing policy
You MUST send payment with the registration form to take an exam on June 7.

1.Fill out the THIRD page of the form       
2.  Make out a check for $135 made out to Winona/LaCrosse APICS
3.  Mail to:

Registration Deadline is April 20 and late registrations will not be accepted.

If you have 4 or more people in your company that would like to see a class offered on Thursday nights, before this testing date, please reply to this email with the title of the course and the names of the participants
